Nicole Lemaster is a licensed therapist who specializes in the treatment of trauma. Trauma has many manifestations that Nicole has supported along her career. In her current private practice, area’s of specialization include – Complex PTSD, disassociation, depersonalization, derealization, chronic pain, depression and anxiety. Nicole creates a sanctuary for her clients to step into their authentic self-expression. She welcomes her clients to be fully themselves without judgment and in the process learning to embracing self love. Utilizing a multifaceted framework of holistic psychotherapy, nervous system support through tailored somatic interventions, mindfulness, movement, archetypes, parts, KAP, and integration of expansive states of consciousness. She is a certified Somatic Experiencing Practitioner, certified yoga instructor, certified in Reiki and is passionate about supporting individuals on their healing journey’s.

About Somatic Experiencing

Nicole is a certified Somatic Experiencing Practitioner (SEP). She uses the Somatic Experiencing lens to support you feeling comfortable and safe in your body and the world.
Somatic Experiencing (SE) is a body-orientated modality. SE supports your nervous system find regulation. When the nervous system is regulated, there is more capacity and resilience available. The nervous system is a fascinating part of our functioning that keeps us safe in the most efficient way without needing to think about it in times of danger. This is brilliant when it is needed. When it is no longer needed it can cause suffering.
The nervous system can reset with a little support through different explorations and a trained eye. SE has the ability to support the completion of self-protective responses that happen in the body during a traumatic experience. When completion of the trapped charge releases in the body, resolve and healing occur.
